Counterbalance valve
These are pilot-operated check valves that act against the weight attempting to close the crane cylinders.
Their main function is safety-oriented, as they allow retaining the oil in the cylinder in the event of any mishap, such as hose breakage.
Hydraulic controls with proportionality
Italian hydraulic controls Walvoil SD6 or SD8 with proportional control of each of its channels.
This allows for better control over each of the crane’s movements, ensuring the precision and safety required for work.
DOMEX steels
High-strength DOMEX steels are low-alloy steels for cold forming, primarily used in mechanical engineering and automotive industries. They are distinguished by their high strength, excellent formability, and good weldability.
DOMEX steels allow for the creation of high-strength structures, which enhances their performance when working with heavy loads.
Welded assemblies with robotic cells
AxionLift has welding cells commanded by German KUKA technology robots.
It ensures the repeatability of processes, having homogeneous quality across all AxionLift equipment. The results obtained are of maximum efficiency.
Hexagonal profile extensions
The hexagonal profile allows increasing the mechanical resistance of the extensions. It is obtained from DOMEX steels folded in CNC equipment and welded with robot technology to guarantee their quality. This design aspect, combined with the use of high-strength DOMEX steels, allows weight reduction of the structures while ensuring their proper structural performance.
Epoxy Primer Paint + Polyurethane Enamel Automotive Quality
It consists of a surface treatment using high-quality paints with excellent finishing. In addition to ensuring an exceptional finish on the crane, it improves its resistance to exposure to environmental factors.
